Make It Feel More Like Spring With This Pomegranate Sangria

Is it spring yet?
Okay, so it’s not spring yet, and it just snowed a ton, but … BUT … we have a tasty Pomegranate Sangria recipe to share from Samantha Cassetty, the nutrition director for the Good Housekeeping Research Institute and author of 7 Years Younger: The Anti-Aging Breakthrough Diet. And, well, it’s exactly what we all need to get through these last days of winter. One sip of this and the temperature warms up and the birds start singing. Bonus? Cassetty says that pomegranates are a rich source of the wrinkle-reducing plant chemical ellagic acid, so besides beckoning spring, this Pomegranate Sangria will also help to give you younger-looking skin. Sangria for the win!
