4. Body By Simone: The 8-Week Total Body Makeover Plan

You’ve heard us talk about celeb trainer Simone De La Rue before, so you know we had to check out her latest book! And it’s pretty darn gorgeous. A pretty regimented plan, she outlines what to eat and how to work out, including recipes and lots of pep talks. There’s a decent amount of yummy recipes, too. What we really like about this book and plan though is that Simone includes weekly goals that are for things like building healthy habits and staying present. The overall plan may be a bit too regimented for our personal tastes, but it’s certainly not a quick fix!
