We know from personal experience that holiday cheer and getting hangry do not go hand in hand. Toasted Oats Cereal Coconut Snack Balls

These balls come together in 5 minutes. They are made with simple ingredients and are packed with nutrition from healthy seeds, hearty oats, crunchy Cheerios and creamy coconut butter.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup toasted oats cereal (or Cheerios cereal)
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp ground flax*
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sunbutter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp coconut butter, softened
- ¼ cup oats
Instructions
- Start with “Os” in a bowl and dust them with pumpkin pie spice.
- Add ground flax, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sunbutter, honey, coconut butter and oats.
- With slightly damp hands, form into balls.
- Store balls in the fridge until hardened and store in fridge.
Notes
*An easy way to grind flax seeds is to use an electric coffee bean grinder.
