How Are Your Resolutions Going?
We’re just over a week into the New Year so we’re wondering: How’s your resolution going? If you’re having a tough time sticking with it, you’re not alone. If you check out this infographic sent to us by CoachUp, you’ll see the a whopping 25 percent of resolutions don’t even make it through the first week. Only 46 percent of resolutions are kept through the mid-year point. But it’s not all doom and gloom, because there are great tips at the bottom of this chart on how to stick to those resolutions for good!
