It’s the final day of the Positive Body Image Challenge! And today we want you to celebrate yourself like nobody’s business. Because it is nobody’s business but your own … and You. Are. Awesome. So why not tell yourself that?
Today, we want you to write yourself a love letter. It can be long, short, coherent or not. It can be beautifully written or typed or scrawled on a cocktail napkin or the edge of an electrical bill. It can be a haiku, doodles or simply a few words. Whatever it is, do it from the heart and in celebration of everything that you are and that you can be. Write about what you love about your body and your mind and your soul. Noodle on all the things you’ve accomplished and overcame — and all of the amazing places that you’re going to go. Celebrate you and all of your wondrous fabulousness.
There’s no wrong way to create your love letter, so just do it. And let the love for you flow!

Day 5: Celebrate Yourself
