Grab a Broomstick and Do This 10-Minute Core Workout
We love 10-minute workouts. (Remember, we wrote a whole book around the 10-minute concept!) And this series of core workouts that Dave Smith is doing for us? Um, we’re obsessed!
You can see Dave’s first core workout here (you only need a water bottle for it!), and today we’re sharing the second video in this special series that he created just for FBG. Like last week, this core workout is just 10 minutes long (so it’s totally doable), it’s effective (no wasting time here!), and you only need yourself and a broomstick to feel the burn (don’t worry — he won’t make you clean anything).
