Halloween Hijinks

Even the fittest bottoms out there get the green light from the Fit Bottomed Girls to indulge in a treat or two on Halloween. (Believe it or not, there are a few candies out there that have gotten FBG approval, so you can enjoy them in moderation!) Plus, walking your kiddos around the neighborhood counts as cardio!

But do you know what’s scarier than the calorie count on that chocolate bar? The fact that some companies (ahem, Hershey) don’t ensure that their products aren’t made using child laborers. Chocolate made by the hands of children just doesn’t taste as sweet. Besides, the only work kids should be doing is homework. Read on to make sure you’re eating chocolate with a clear conscience!
