3-Minute Workouts You Can Do Anywhere, Anytime
How long do you have to spend working out most days of the week? An hour? Half an hour? 15 minutes?
I feel ya. With littles running around, it can be hard to even pee alone, let work out for 15+ minutes (especially if you have to shower after — that’s an added complexity of planning a workout and the rest of your day).
But what if you could work out in 3-minute bursts multiple times a day? What if you could do a few mini workouts here and there — before the kids get up, during nap time, while they’re watching Peppa Pig, or heck, even when the bathtub is filling up or you’re waiting for leftovers to reheat? What if these workouts were tough enough that they got your heart rate up, but not so long or demanding that they disrupted your day or you had to shower or put on special gear for it?
Yep, that’s how I feel about it, too!
