If there’s one question we get over and over again, it’s: “What do I eat before a workout?!” And, in all fairness, we’ve asked ourselves before, too, because, well, because there’s a big difference between what you eat 30 minutes before a workout and 90 minutes before a workout, ya know? And what if you work out first thing in the morning and aren’t hungry? Should you eat anywho? Like I said, questions.
