Here’s a captain obvious kind of statement: FBG has great readers. Although most of them are female, we know that we have some Fit Bottomed Boys out there, too. We also know that a number of you have to travel for work (not always super fun with meetings and, you know, work) and some of you travel lots simply because you like to see the world (always super fun).

And as anyone who has survived a trip from the US of A across the pond or even across his or her state knows, being on the road or on a plane or stuck in a hotel room can wreck havoc on your healthy eating and exercising—if you’re not prepared, that is. But guess what? We have tips to travel by for both the ladies and the fellas. (We rarely get to write specifically for a male audience, so putting this tip sheet together was extra fun.) Great article! Your tips are simple and reasonable, unlike some articles that set up completely unrealistic workout goals during travel that only set you up for disappointment if you can't fit it all in. I love the masculine spin you put on your article for the fellas!
