Amazing Pole Gymnastics That’ll Make You Say Wow & Owww

The first time I saw this, I was amazed. Who knew you could do so much with a pole? Okay, that sounded wrong. Who knew you could do so many gymnastics moves with a pole? These Indian dudes have some impressive skills—and ridiculous functional core strength. And it’s all on a pole! My favorite is the furry fellow in the middle of the video. His quickness is a sight to be seen. And I seriously hope all of these gymnasts were wearing cups. Otherwise? Ouchie, ouch, ouch.
