5 Healthy Fall Treats to Try
Baked Apples
While plain ol’ apples in season are a super-tasty fall treat, when you “bake” them it’s like going to a whole other level of autumn-heaven. Simply cut up your favorite kind of apple into slices, and pop them in the microwave for a minute. Top with a drizzle of honey or agave nectar and cinnamon and bake again for another minute or until as soft as you like ’em (I enjoy mine just crisp-tender, hence the shorter microwaving time). It’s truly a healthy fall treat to enjoy as dessert or even a snack.
