Now that the holiday season is in full swing, we want to talk goals. It’s always a bit of a challenge to get to the gym this time of year (whether it’s the holiday parties to go to or the weather to endure), and man-oh-man are there yummy treats just asking for you to nosh on (see above. Am I right, or am I right?). I typically set no goal this time of year other than to eat according to my hunger (all good things in moderation!), fit in at least a few cardio and weight-lifting sessions a week, and continue to fit into my clothes without them being too snug. What say you?
