We’ve been all pumpkin all the time up in here lately, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t also love other healthy fall foods this time of year. From apples to sweet potatoes to butternut squash and even beets (Did you know they’re in season through October? Fun fact!), there are a lot of good things to nosh and nibble on.
