‘Tis the time for spring cleaning! But besides just scrubbing those windows and swapping out your winter wardrobe for your summery dresses, we think spring should also be a time for beautifying your workouts. So if you’ve been stuck in a winter-workout rut, try this core workout from Linda LaRue.
Linda, a total core guru and fit foodie, recently did this cool tutorial with the American Council on Exercise of a few of her favorite multi-dimensional core workout moves that we just had to share. From reverse figure-eights to core twists and core clocks (say wha?!), we know first-hand that these work. So this spring, grab a towel and get to “cleaning” your core to make it—and your entire body—stronger!
