5. SUPER SHRED: The Big Results Diet. This is the second Shred book we’ve reviewed by Ian Smith, and it’s an amped up, shorter version of his previous one. While we’re not a fan of the super-quick approach to weight-loss, we do like that this book focuses on progressively making lasting changes. With shopping lists, recipes, exercise plans and more, it’s motivation for those needing a (nice) kick in the pants to take things up a notch.
Best for: FBGs who are fans of Dr. Ian and the Shred book series.
