How to Inspire Others to Be Fit in 10 Minutes or Less

Besides hosting a whole week of Best Fit Friend content, we FBGs are SO into healthy friendships that we dedicated an entire chapter of our new book to “Help a Sister Out.” After all, there’s nothing more inspiring than inspiring others (circle of inspiration!), and there’s nothing like staying on track when you feel like you’re setting a healthy example for others. (It’s just about the only kind of social pressure we dig, in fact!)

So, we thought it would be fun to highlight 10 of our 10-Minute Fixes from that specific chapter of the book (see the full descriptions on p. 203). From helping you find a new workout bud to discovering a new activity to writing a thank-you letter to giving and receiving a compliment, they each take just 10 minutes or less but they can be life-changing!
