Organic produce and food is a little more expensive but I think my health is worth it, so thanks for educating us.
Look for coops in your area. We have a program here called http://www.BountifulBaskets.org , where we can get a basket of fresh fruits and veggies every weekend for half the price of stores & farmers markets.
Jillian is suppose to be a consultant for the Dr Phil show as well!
