Workouts With Baby: Hit the Playground to Get Fit

Every mom I know could use one more thing in their lives: Time! With extra time there could be extra sleep, extra relaxation and a little extra time to get fit. But because we can’t add another hour or two to the day, we have to make do with multitasking a bit. Luckily for us, Nicole Glor who is an expert on getting fit postpartum has some great ideas for making playground time double as exercise time.
