Free Online Workout Videos—Customized for You!

free585Pre/post-natal fitness expert, Moms Into Fitness founder and fitness pro Lindsay Brin is one of our favorite fit mom inspirations. She’s a fellow Jayhawk (Rock Chalk!), and we’ve worked with her on several occasions. We loved her Fitness Boot Camp DVD, and she had great tips for tackling those pregnancy cravings in a healthy way. A three-time c-section mama, she’s super honest on her site about getting her body back postpartum, and she’ll be weighing in on an upcoming post on getting back in shape after that major abdominal surgery.

But today we wanted to share a new feature available from Moms Into Fitness—free online workout videos! Designed to help you lose four pounds in four weeks (totally healthy weight-loss, love it!), you simply go to the site and plug in your email. You’ll get an immediate email that’ll lead to you answer a few questions to customize your program—pregnancy status, height/weight, your goals and how much you work out. Then you’ll get linked up directly to a page customized just for you. My Week 1 page has an intro from Lindsay with tips and an almost 20-minute second-trimester yoga workout, which includes tons of pregnancy-friendly stretching (and which clearly isn’t designed for that 4-pound weight-loss goal!). You’ll get a total of four weekly emails with the custom workouts—fun!
