The Top 10 Podcasts to Work Out To

5. The Paleo Solution. It was listening to this podcast that I first discovered that Paleo is pronounced PAY-leo instead of Pa-LAY-o. Robb Wolf, the author of The Paleo Solution and Olympic-lifting coach Greg Everett team up to answer all of your questions about the Paleo diet and living a fit lifestyle. Set up in a mainly Q-and-A format with the occasional interview, this podcast is hilarious and heavily science-based. I realize that sounds impossible, but just have a listen.

6. Ben Greenfield Fitness. Ben is a triathlon and weight-loss coach from the Pacific Northwest (whoop!). With Ben’s long list of credentials, including bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Idaho, an advanced bicycle fitting certification from Serotta and sports nutrition certification from the International Society of Sports Nutrition, Ben is an authority on all things medical, health and sports specific, making his fitness podcast one of our faves.

Thanks for this post! Jillian Michaels’ is my favorite podcast. I enjoy Beyond Diet (http://beyonddietpodcast.com/?cat=4) but it’s not updated as frequently as I’d like.

I listen to Dishing Up Nutrition, too (http://www.weightandwellness.com/radioshow.html).

I look forward to checking out the podcasts in the post – thanks!

  2. I love fitness behavior by bevan James eyles and mojo for running. I’d recommend you start at the start with both of them
