What New Fitness Trends Do You Want to Try?

I may like fall workouts best, but summer is definitely the time of year that gets me outside, in new locations and trying new fitness trends. Take my day in Chicago for instance—so much workout fun there! And there are about a million awesome things you can do indoors and out to get fit. In fact, it seems like a new batch of fun workouts pop up every darn day! So tell us, which of these new fitness trends do you want to get your little mitts on?

I pretty much love all of those. And variety is one of the things I love most about fitness: there’s always something new and exciting to try to keep you totally jazzed about being active. Do all the things and love the experience! —Jenn
