Welcome! Come on in. Get cozy. Here, let us pour you a glass of wine and get you a bowl of kale chips. You are among friends—among FBGs who are ready to take the confusion and dread out of healthy eating and put the fun and deliciousness back in!
We urge you to go check out our full mission here (we put sooo much time and thought into how Fit Bottomed Eats would be different and how it could be of service to the foodie world that’s already full of amazing sites and blogs), but suffice it to say that we love good food. And that we hope that Fit Bottomed Eats will be your go-to-source for healthy recipes, food reviews, cooking tips and tricks, and the overall motivation and healthy oomph you need to begin to see the joy in eating right.
It’s NOT about dieting. It’s not about restriction. And it’s most certainly not about deprivation. It’s about all of the amazing foods you can enjoy. It’s about taking the time to cook a meal and then savor every delicious bite. It’s about opening a bottle of wine with friends after a workout and relaxing. Whether you’re a Fit Bottomed Girl, a Fit Bottomed Mama or a Fit Bottomed Dude, it’s all about being a foodie with a fit booty.
