Flu Season Isn’t Going to Get Us This Time

This year had a pretty hellacious start. Remember how my family and I were sick NONSTOP, for months at a time? Well, this flu season is going to be different. I’ll be doing everything in my power to keep my family and myself as healthy as hogs. So that means I’ll be following each of these tips to the letter!

Step 1: Wash Often

Seems simple, but good hand-washing is an easy way to prevent the spread of infection, so scrub your hands vigorously with soap and water for about 15 seconds. When soap and water aren’t handy (har har), have a hand-sanitizer or germ-fighting hand wipes available to use, particularly before eating.
