Hold on to your fit butts, dudes and dudettes! This week we are holding the FIFTH-annual Fit Bottomed Dudes’ Week! (Dang, we’re getting old!)
This week we’ll have special workouts, cool reviews (Wii Fit and all-natural unisex hair and skin products!), blogs from dudes themselves (it’s an FBG blog takeover!), a couple of rad Q&As with fit dudes (one’s a former NFL player, now health club owner!) and much, much more. There will even be some dude-a-rific posts over on Fit Bottomed Mamas and Eats!
If you’ve been a reader for years, you know FBD’s Week is full of all kinds of motivational posts to help all the guys in the house get active, eat right and generally embrace the authentic awesomeness that they already are (no “gun show” required). And if you’re a newbie to Fit Bottomed Dudes’ Week, know that pretty much all of this advice applies to the ladies, too. (Plus, believe us, you’ll probably find the men’s posts pretty fascinating.)
