As we’ve stated over and over again, diets aren’t our bag, baby. But that doesn’t mean that some “diet” books don’t have some great ideas in them. And although we’re never one for recommending or following a strict diet plan of any kind, we do enjoy reading diet books every now and again. Many are filled with awesome recipes, fabulous tips and tricks for being healthy, fun nutrition facts, and — even if you don’t follow them verbatim — they can give you a nice dose of motivation.
