Now that is the type of set I need! I have been looking for some good portion control products, that are a little more budget friendly for me. Plus the FIt Book, and a beautiful Red (which is my very favorite color) food scale, super awesome

I would give a Fittie award to The Calorie Myth, such a great read that really put a lot into perspective. One to the Mother-Daughter duo from the giveit100.com, such an inspiration.
(Not trying to seek brownie points but) The FBG site for making so much information available, for writing a book that is realistic, for all of the amazing reviews. Keep up the awesome work ladies!

  2. Serena-Rose says:

Definitely the Jawbone UP band! I’ve been wearing it daily for almost a year and it has completely changed my perspective on accountability & calorie burn! Plus it is really motivating when you have a really killer workout & you can immediately see how much your efforts burned. I love challenging myself to step a little further and with the sleep tracker, I know I have to put down the iPad at night and catch my zzz’s. Amazing product that I would recommend to anyone who wants to live actively and healthy!

  3. Jennifer Sullivan says:

The food scale, is so rad!!! i love it!

  4. Hascy says:

I agree that the Jawbone UP band has really opened my eyes on how much I do in an average day (and what I have to do to keep my activity level up!). What a great giveaway–thank you!

  5. Megan B says:

    What a great prize!!

I’d give a Noshie to Rise Bars, I really like them and feel like they’re a great on-the-go option compared to most granola or protein bars. I’d give a Fittie to the NikePlus Fuelband. I got one for my birthday and I love it, it really helps me keep an eye on how much I’m moving, and the “sessions” feature is really useful, and one not all similar activity trackers have.

  6. IsisUptown says:

    Oooh, a food scale!!

  7. Cassie Bruha says:

I could use each one of the prizes for sure! I just recently started keeping track of what I eat and how much along with adding exercise into my routine, and I’ve found a new love for this stuff called Cracked Nut Butter! Oh-emmm-geee this stuff is so good! Granted, I have only tried the chocolate chip cookie dough, but it totally deserves a Noshie! (: Happy Birthday FBG!!

  8. Erin says:

I didn’t know these existed! I love this site.

  9. Erin says:

I am all about the shaker bottles.

  10. Marin says:

  11. Amanda says:

I’d definitely recommend the TurboFire workouts.! These are for anyone who is looking to add a fun, dancy, but super intense cardio component to their workout! Not only does it keep me intrigued and motivated, but it’s fun and the instructor, Chalene Johnson, is super positive and inspiring!

  12. Crystal says:

Does endomondo count? I love it because I like to know my routes and how far and fast I jog, ski, or even walk. It helps to know what you’ve done and how many days you were active each week and month. My downfall is food, and I know I should be better about tracking what I eat. It’s just hard to get started.

  13. Joanne says:

    What a great package.
Thanks for all you do. Happy Birthday

  14. Carrie A says:

I could not live without my Fitbit Flex or Zip. Also, Polar FT40 HRM watch. Love them!

  18. Janene says:

Without a doubt, I would give a Fittie to my FitBit! Since January it has taken me from 5,000 steps a day to at least 10,000 – and sometimes up to 18-20k! It was a huge eye opener and an even bigger motivator! The increased activity, along with some nutritional adjustments, has helped me lose 25 lbs and I’m still going.
Thanks for the opportunity to win this awesome prize package! It’s definitely something that would also help in this journey!

  23. Lynn says:

I have been eyeing these products for awhile!! If I could afford them I definitely would have already purchased them! Especially the food scale and the portion plate! My biggest challenge in my fitness journey is portions. Raised in a big ol southern family I was taught to fill my plate and not let anything go to waste. These products would definitely help train my brain to relearn how much food I really should be eating!!

  26. Sandra says:

I would definitely give Fitti to the Fitbit products. Not only have they motivated me to move more (instead of sitting on my bum all day at work), I’ve gotten many of my co-workers to join me. User friendly, easy to create and join teams or have friendly competitions with others – or even yourself!

  27. Christina S says:

My product of choice has to be the Citruszinger. It a water bottle with a built in citrus juice built into the bottom. The half of the fruit stays in the juicing compartment so it allows great flavor to be infused throughout the day! It is quick easy and a great way to enjoy water!!

  30. Candice says:

Great line up of prizes for the birthday bash. I keep it pretty simple and have gone through boxes of the Salba chia seeds boost single serving packs. I’d award a Noshie to them although they’re been around a while. They have been a life saver many times. I love the mixing bottles that have the storage containers on the bottom too.

  51. Stephanie says:

I’d give an award to the Lose It app. Similar to MFP but I like it a lot better and I think keep a food journal (even if you pay no attention to the calories) can help you take control of your eating habits.

  52. Betsy says:

    Fitbit Flex!!!! It’s great!!

  53. Liz says:

So far, the Elimination Diet Workbook is really helping me to get to understand what foods are problematic for me. According to the allergist, I don’t have ALLERGIES but rather SENSITIVITIES. This isn’t a long-term diet, but a way to find problem areas.

    Happy Birthday, FBG!!

I definitely think a Noshie should go to Nature’s Path! They have a lot of really incredible organic foods (vegan, low sugar, low sodium, and gluten-free varieties also) that are really tasty and good for you! I enjoy a lot of the different varieties and combinations you can create to tailor your own healthy meal or snack.

I’m a huge fan of their Cranberry Ginger Hot Oatmeal. At 150 calories per pack, I have a great breakfast with a lot of fiber and protein that keeps me satiated until lunchtime. If I need a late night dinner, it’s great for that too!

I am so excited about this giveaway!! For products this is hard because I’ve been trying to do a lot on my own. But I think one that’s really helped me with hot yoga is my no slip pro manduka mat!

For food, I’ve been loving the single serve guacamole cups by Chef Earl’s and Wholly Guacamole! They have been replacing dressing on my salads and just make everything healthy taste better.

I LOVE this foodscale and would award it solely on the color, 1stly 🙂 But mostly I’d love it because I don’t have that “eyeballing” thing down yet! I would love to be able to measure with precise accuracy as I know it’d help tremendously on my weight loss journey!! Love it!!

Drum roll…. To my NINJA 1500. A whole new world of easy, quick, healthy choices is at my fingertips with my NINJA. Working single mother, I need more dedication to myself as 40 is less than a year past and getting “me” to where I want to be is harder than ever.

This set would be awesome to have!! The food scale and plate would benefit me a lot. So I know for sure how much I’m eating, instead of just winging it.

  154. Fittie: Just Dance 2014 on the XBOX. The Just Sweat keeps count of the calories that you are burning and allows you to pick the songs you want to workout to.

Noshie: Dannon’s Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt is sweet and creamy and goes great with fresh fruit. I like to dip strawberries in it. It is low in calories and super high in protein.

  155. Elizabeth says:

Love the fitporitions plate. That is one of the hardest things, position control. The plate takes the guess works out.

I wish I had not missed this. I enjoy looking at older posts and this one of course caught my eye. The Black Fitfuel mixer with shaker ball looks fun but being black, my husband would likely try to steal it from my backpack..
