Overnight Oats: 3 Tasty Ways

Raspberry Almond Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ cup milk or milk alternative
Heaping spoonful (~1/4 cup) of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Drizzle of Barlean’s Blackberry Omega Swirl Flax Oil
1 cup frozen raspberries
1-2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Directions
1. Stir all ingredients together and place in a mason jar (but any container will do!) in the fridge overnight.
2.Grab a spoon, and go!
