And, by “BFF,” we mean Best Fit Friend?
We hope so! So much so that we have a whole chapter dedicated to it in our new book — and here on the interwebs we’re declaring this entire week Best Fit Friends Week, or BFF Week for short! Having a good support system for your healthy lifestyle is awesome, of course, but having good relationships with people who have your back and love you for you is paramount to a truly happy life — not to mention a more fun one!
A few months ago we asked y’all for your BFF stories, and the results were AWESOME. So awesome, in fact, that we’re running a bunch of them this week in celebration of our new BFF Week, plus other fun posts on the best group exercise classes for fit friends, a BFF workout playlist, the best places to make new fit friends (you can never have too many), a giveaway for you and your best bud, and more!
