Namaste-Season-One-Set

5. Namaste DVDs. If you’ve been going to yoga classes for awhile, you probably want a workout you can do at home that’s quick, to the point and relaxing. (I know I do!) This is exactly why the Namaste DVD set ($49.98) is so great! Straight from the yoga television series, you can have all the episodes from each season on one DVD (13 22-minute episodes total), so that you can get a good quick yoga workout at home any time. They’re always set in gorgeous places, are flowing and don’t have a ton of instruction — so they’re good for the more advanced yogi who is looking for her zen.

  1. Maybe if I buy more yoga-friendly clothes I will be more likely to do yoga!:) I have HORRIBLE flexibility…I can’t even touch my toes :(!

The guru arm warmers look amazing! I have definitely passed on some really cute yoga capris because they weren’t long enough to keep me from slipping out of arm balances. I might have to give these a try.
