Christmas is in just a few days, and I’ll be honest. I’m feeling the holiday stress. From the last-minute gift buying to the wrapping to the cooking to the trying to be at all the get-togethers, it’s a lot of squeeze into the last few weeks of the season.
Which is exactly why this post on Fit Bottomed Mamas spoke to me.
Although I do like a glass or wine or two myself, I’m certainly not struggling with substance abuse issues — but this post does have great steps to deal with holiday stress for anyone who feels like they’re juggling too much during the holiday season. Which, really, isn’t that all of us?
