I love that it’s so peaceful, and I have the paths to myself. It’s refreshing. Not that I don’t love seeing other runners. But it’s almost meditative to have it all to yourself, cuz everyone else stays on their couch. I love the crunch of the snow under my feet, I love that sound. And well, it’s just plain beautiful (the scenery). There is nothing quite like white covering everything. Spring and Summer have nothing on that. It’s exquisite.
