How Do You Like Your Eggs?

You know that scene in Runaway Bride, where they’re talking about whether or not Maggie knows how she likes her eggs? The idea is that she just goes along with whatever the guy she’s currently dating likes to the point that she can’t even tell whether she actually prefers her eggs scrambled or poached or whatever.

It’s a cute and clever scene, but I have a problem with it because I honestly, really, truly like my eggs in about a million different ways — scrambled with cheese and veggies, poached, fried, hard boiled in an omelet … I could go on. My only true preference is that someone else is making them, and even that’s not a strong preference because I don’t mind making them myself.
Anyway, all that is to say that I was really pumped to check out this infographic from Expedia showing how people around the world eat their eggs.

Which of these are you wanting to try? I can’t wait to give the egg hopper a go. Kristen

Shakshuka is awesome. I also cook fish the same way.

I’m so glad I clicked on this article. I love eggs! I eat them for breakfast every day. I’m not bored with eating two hard boiled eggs every single day, lol, but I’d switch up the recipes if I can. Thanks for all these ideas. I’ll try them all out probably except for the dessert options since I’m a loser when it comes to whipping egg whites into nice, stiff peaks. 😀
