Lifting dumbbells and swinging kettlebells and picking up barbells is an awesome way to get your strength training on. But, if you don’t have access to that, don’t worry. Bodyweight exercises are also hella awesome. In fact, by using only what your mama gave you, you can get a great full-body strength and cardio workout. No gym or equipment required.

The great thing about bodyweight exercises is that you can do it any time and almost anywhere.
