How Do You Record Your Workouts and Eats?
Yesterday, Erin hipped us to some pretty high-tech, high-falutin’ sites that track everything from what you put into your body to how many calories you to burn. Some even provide coaching and social support to better help you reach your health goals. While I’m a big fan of digital food journaling (I have to admit that PeerTrainer is my fave from Erin’s list yesterday—sign up for our free team here!), I also love tracking my workouts on the hanging wall calendar on my fridge. How about you? —Jenn

When I was younger & newer to this, I did log food/exercise. Since I have been at this for so long, I can pretty much figure out what needs to be changed food wise without the need to log. If I am trying something new, I always portion size it first so I know "how much is a serving" before I start eating it.
As for exercise, again, I have been working out for so long that I do recall my last workout & I generally change it up in some way every time.
Calorieking.com is pretty much amazing. And it is only a $40 download
Just have to say that I’m loving Fitday! Thanks for the recommendation!
My godsend is myfitnesspal.com. I find it a lot leaner and easier to to use than Sparkpeople and whatnot.
