TRX Toning
Jenn has wanted to marry the TRX for a looong time, and while I’m newer to the device, I’ve gotten beaten up by it (in a good way) many times. The TRX is great because it’s super portable and easy to set up (who doesn’t have a door?). Plus, it will kick your hiney. Again, in a good way. If you’ve got a TRX or even if you see it at the gym and don’t know what to do with it, check out this TRX routine from Self magazine. The model looks a mite too happy doing what I know is a difficult workout, but at least it looks like she’s having fun!
