I can’t believe this is already our third year of doing Fit Bottomed Dudes’ Week in March, but it is! We absolutely love this week at FBG. Not only does it give us a chance to feature some male writers we love (AWESOME guest posts coming up this week, ya’ll!) and encourage fitness with both sexes, but it allows us to get in touch more with our manly side. You know, the side who says “dude” a lot, slams a beer, belches and adjusts himself. Oh, wait, is that too stereotypical of guys?

SURE IS.

That’s why this week we’re bringing a week of content for the guys (and the girls who have guys in their lives!) that isn’t your usual guy-fare. Guys are people, too, and we love them in every shape and size that they come in! Stay tuned this week as we review a few men’s products, discuss relationships (between man, woman and fitness), bust down barriers of men doing different kinds of “girlie” workouts, feature an in interview with Mr. Brett Hoebel and even share our thoughts on one of the hardest workouts out there: Insanity. No matter if you’re male or female, you’re sure to learn a thing or two.

So buckle up your seat belts, it’s going to be a fun week for all the dudes (and dudettes!) in the house. Be sure to follow all of the fun, special content here! —Jenn
