Don’t Forget! Free Online Class About Harnessing Willpower

First, a quick reminder that TONIGHT is the free live online class we’re doing that’s all about willpower and how to harness it. It’ll be a great 30-minute class with tips that you can use starting today, followed by time for questions if you guys have them. Class starts at 8 p.m. EST, so join us! Win a Scholarship to the FBG Life Healthy Living Program

Second—and we think this is even more exciting—is that the summer edition of FBG Life starts June 3! This online weight-loss and healthy living program is all about helping you to live the FBG life and feel fit inside and out, whether you have lots of weight to lose, a few pounds to drop or simply want to ditch the diet drama for good. Now, we know not everyone has $120 to spend on the program, but we know that there are some of you who really, really want to do it—and we don’t want finances to be a barrier for those who are ready for change. So, for the first time, we’re offering three scholarships to FBG Life. Meaning that you can take the six-week summer program that starts on June 3 for free!

Instead of doing a boring application that you have to fill out, we’re going to do something a bit more creative to award the FBG Life scholarships…and we’re leaving the creativity part up to you! In one way or another—through video, a series of Tweets, a blog post, a comment, a piece of art, a song, a poem…the sky’s the limit!—tell us why you want to take FBG Life and why you’re the best person for the scholarship. We’ll look at all of the entries (please tell us what you’re doing in the comments, tag us where applicable (@FitBottomedGirl), and if it’s something super personal, email to contact@fitbottomedgirls.com with the subject “FBG Life Scholarship” in the subject), and next Wednesday we’ll email the recipients directly.

    For some unknown reason I didn’t received your email about your online willpower class until the next day after it was over. (Today 5.23) I was very disappointed that I would not be able to view it.

    I really enjoyed the free willpower seminar, and I would love to be able to attend the FBG classes. Money is really tight right now, so I can’t afford to pay the tution, but I think the classes would really help me to have a better relationship with my body. I would love to win the scholarship. I really enjoy your site, and I check it everyday:-) Keep up the great work!

    I just saw this post and I don’t know if I’m too late but I thought I would post a message anyway!

    The Fit Bottomed Girls website has recently become like my bible! I try to check it out everyday and read at least one (usually more) posts as its great information given in a way everyone can understand and with a super supportive vibe! A six week kick up the booty is exactly what I need – alas so is $120…this I also do not have…

    When it comes to training I’m pretty motivated and I really enjoy working out HOWEVER its everything else that seems to be my downfall. I’m trying to get better with my sleep but my nutrition is a total bust! I always seem to want to reach for the wrong things and I feel like having six weeks to focus on will really help me kick some of those bad habits and inspire me to feel good about my food choices. I want to have a PMA towards my training, my nutrition and myself! I want my training to be worthwhile and not just counterbalancing my terrible habits!

    Help me FBG – you’re my only hope! ;)

    Just in case I haven’t missed my chance- here’s my entry.

    I’ve started my journey towards losing weight- but I’m severely lacking in willpower and support. I have motivation- I want to be a positive, healthy role model for my 2 daughters (and a few pairs of skinny jeans!) but the will power is so hard! I watched your seminar and it was helpful- so I’d love to continue with the FBG Life series! I’m blogging about my new endeavor at:
