With so much talk about the flu lately—Erin (and her family) has had it, we shared ways to avoid gym germs, and Tish’s Friday Fit Tip was all about preventing it—sickness is definitely something we all have on our minds this time of year. The flu is no joke! So we thought it only appropriate to ask ya’ll about it.

    Perfect timing on this post! Today is my first day back to working out since Monday. I had a fever & chills all week, and slept more in 4 days than I had the month prior. I definitely think it’s better to take a few days off and rest than push yourself too hard & make it worse.
