For YEARS, I’ve been a fan of SparkPeople. In fact, we even named them an “FBG-Approved Online Fitness Tool,” earlier this year. It’s a totally free site that’s filled to the brim with articles, tips, food and exercise tracking tools, and a wicked supportive community, no matter what your interest is. I heart it. And it turns out they heart us, too, because FBG is now doing some writing for its fitness section! My heart is all aflutter. Below is our first article on the site.
