We all know I’m not afraid to make a fool of myself when I work out. I’ve sacrificed my dignity in a step class that was waaay out of my league and tried the Jyze in public. I’ve noticed that while it may feel like everyone is watching and laughing at you, no one really cares. Maybe one fool in a hundred will laugh at you—and it’s more likely that they’re the insecure one. That’s one of the reasons I love this clip from Friends.
