This book is by no means a light read, and chapter after chapter Bob challenges you to really dig deep and do the inside-work it takes to get the outside-look you want. But I feel confident that if you really commit to getting to the bottom of why you struggle with your weight, this book will help you help yourself get answers. No magic pill here, folks.
