We did it last year, and we’re doing it again! Welcome to the second-annual Love Yo’Self Week on FBG! This entire week, expect super-special content that is more than the usual chocolate, sex and Valentine’s Day stuff (although we will have a bit of that, too). From posts on how to coach yourself fit to how to be mindful when working out to how to help accept and love the body you have right now, it’s a week full of feel-good goodies that will help you to celebrate and improve the No. 1 relationship in your life—the one you have with yourself!
To make the week even sweeter, we’ve even created a new series of fun “She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not” posts that are about the FBGs’ love-hate-love relationships with different aspects of healthy living and exercise. So look for those each day this week. If that’s not enough excitement, we’ve also partnered with Skirt Sports to give away a free workout skirt every day through this Friday.
