2. Plank with Leg Lift. This one is great for working your entire body. You’ll feel your core, your legs, your arms—everything!

Here’s how to do it:

1. Come into a plank position, hands under your shoulders and your toes tucked.

2. Inhale and lift one leg, keeping the integrity of the plank. Don’t let your abdomen sink down toward the floor!

3. Lower leg on the exhale and repeat with the other leg. Complete 10 reps on each leg.
