We can’t believe that it’s almost been a year since we launched FBG Life. So far, the results have been amazing (check out some of the feedback here)! And we’re happy to announce that we’re taking it to the next level in 2013. This January (which will be here before you know it—crazy, right?) we are expanding our six-week healthy living program to a more in-depth weight-loss specific eight-week program to get you to your healthiest in the New Year.
We’ve helped hundreds of women get fit, eat right and break their obsessions with the scale through our online classes, but the one thing we’ve heard from more and more readers is: How do I lose this extra weight? How do I get and stay motivated? What’s the best workout to burn fat? And what the heck should I be eating to make the most of my weight-loss efforts? So, to give these readers the personalized information that they’re needing, we’ve decided to launch the Winter FBG Life Weight-Loss program.
In addition to our previous FBG Life classes that teach you to live the good FBG Life, this class will feature curriculum specifically geared toward weight-loss. With cutting-edge information, tried-and-true workouts, sane diet recommendations, tips to beat emotional eating for good, and a huge dose of self love, this weight-loss program is an interactive coaching experience all done from the comfort of your own home. Through the live classes (which are recorded and can be watched later in case you miss a class), weekly “funwork” assignments, handouts and discussion with other like-minded ladies, you’ll learn everything you need to be a Fit Bottomed Girl. You’ll figure out why you gained the weight, make small livable changes to start losing weight without feeling deprived, and tap into your inner FBG to get fit and healthy for LIFE. (Remember, we don’t do diets. No way, no how.)

Winter FBG Life Weight-Loss Program
Time: 9 p.m. – 10 p.m. EST (Classes are recorded and can be watched later, although live participation is best. Class times may run a few minutes over for questions.)
Dates: Every Sunday from January 6 to February 24, 2013, for a total of eight classes
