2. Kettle-X at the Fitness Cell Collective and Equinox. Kettle-X is the creation of three-time world kettlebell champion and world record holder Lorna Kleidman who uses the kettlebells in an innovative way to get all of the benefits of this notoriously tough workout while having fun along the way.

What to expect: Lorna is an expert instructor who uses her years of training in three different classes: Kettle-X, Kettle XStep and Kettle XSport to release your inner athlete and produce amazing results in a short amount of time. Form is extremely important to this top athlete, and she will make sure every single move you do is both safely executed and producing a maximum benefit. (Believe me—she is very strict!)

What you’ll need: Come ready for a tough and effective workout that will increase your endurance. (That is code for be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel for when you need to rehydrate and take a quick break!)
