Lolë’s Rocking My Workouts with Its Red Hot Tank—Pow!

The world must be thinking I need my red in my life. First it was my kick-ass red kicks that practically stopped traffic. Now it’s the Lolë workout tank that has spiced up my workout wardrobe. The world was right; I’m loving my reds.

Now, I’ve been a big fan of Lolë (which reminds you to Live Out Loud Everyday) since they sent me an awesome swimsuit and the Silhouette II tank years ago (in fact, that tank is the one I’m rocking here and is still in the rotation!). So I wasn’t surprised at all that I loved the latest tank they sent along, the Silhouette Up tank in Tango (aka bright red).

The scoop neck offers plenty of coverage for the cleavage shy, and the length is great for keeping the tummy covered for all of your down dogs and planks. The tank is conveniently lined with a medium-impact bra (you can even add soft cups if that’s your bag, baby), but the style is such that your sports bra won’t really show should you need more support. Personally, I felt plenty supported during weights and stretching, but during a jog I would happily opt for an added sports bra. The iPod pocket at the back lets you keep your tunes easily at hand.

The tank isn’t cheap at $52, but considering my other one is in great shape over three years later, I’d say it’s a worthy investment if you’re looking for a quality tank to add to your rotation. (I recommend the red.) Plus, the company has so many cute, versatile pieces that will take you from yoga class to playdates, the grocery store and beyond!
