Shrink Belly Fat With This Denise Austin Workout DVD

The first workout DVD I ever owned was one by Denise Austin. She seems to never fail, and talk about a woman who defies aging. I think it’s about time we bottle her up and sell her age-defying solution across the world, what do you think? Well, since we all know magic potions usually don’t work, here is Denise Austin’s Shrink Belly Fat workout DVD to get us all in Fit Bottomed shape. All aboard everyone—we’re going on a ride!

Denise’s DVD consists of three short 15-minute abdominal workouts, which include Athletic Abs, Cardio Abs and Classic Abs. Probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen on a DVD (and that definitely sets this DVD apart) is the fact that you can customize the order you accomplish the three workouts. If you’re feeling like doing Classic Abs first, then you can! If Athletic Abs is more your forte, then it can be played first. Or, if you really hate doing abs (like some people I know) and more than one abdominal routine will have you running the other way, then you can do just one.

Denise Austin not only creates the opportunity for customization, which most of us know can make any redundant DVD increasing exciting, but she also surprises your muscles to help create a strong core. Each routine uses different methods to strategically target your tummy. Here are your three core-challengers:

Cardio Abs: This routine is relatively fast paced and uses specific cardio moves to ignite your core muscles, such as twist and punch, and wood-chopper. You’ll need a light hand-weight (about five pounds) to do some of the exercises.

Athletic Abs: I found this routine the most challenging and unique. I ended up adjusting the DVD to play this workout at the end—you know what they say, save the best for last! The Athletic Abs uses light hand-weights and a yoga mat. Doing exercises such as the Turkish get-up and camel, brings a whole other dimension to athleticism and core training.

Classic Abs: This workout uses those “old school” core exercises, such as crunches, planks, bicycles and leg lifts .

Alongside the customization tool, you can actually control whether or not you want to play the DVD with Denise’s instruction or just some jammin’ music. Every exerciser has their preferences, and this is the first DVD that I’ve seen that allows your favorite Denise Austin workout to become a reality.
