Move 3: Shoulder Front Press. Stand with feet shoulders width apart and 5 of 10 pounds weights in each hand at ear level. Press the weights overhead with the palms of your hands facing forward. Return to start and repeat 10 to 15 times.
Move 4: Triceps French Press. Stand with feet shoulders-width apart. Arms overhead holding one 10 lb weight. Bend elbows to lower weight behind the neck and raise them again for one rep. Do 20. (Keep chin up and arms close to the head.)
