I can’t imagine a single food lover who hasn’t at one time taken a peek at Top Chef, Hell’s Kitchen, Iron Chef, or any of those foodie fun shows (I love judgment day the most!). Those people are definitely food masters, and when I watch them I think, “Man, if only I could be that creative with food!”

And even though there is no way to make you master chef per se, there are ways to get you on your way to becoming a better cook. And since it is the middle of summer, what better way to do just that than by mastering the art of healthy grilling?

Whether you’re sizzlin’ some veggies, making a mean medium rare stake (we are in America after all) or getting your brat on, there is always something new to learn that can help you make the most out of your grill.
